Large-scale live event production

Early in our careers, we had the privilege of supporting games time operations for NBC Olympics across three Olympic Games — 2002 Salt Lake City, 2004 Athens, and 2006 Torino.

In those high-pressure environments, we were entrusted with coordinating multi-venue logistics, commercial stakeholder and vendor partnerships, transportation, VIP programming, and hospitality services for on-air talent and broadcast teams (3,000+ on-site personnel per Olympics).

As part of our event production services, we developed and implemented commercial partnership activations with corporate partners such as Coca-Cola, Jamba Juice, Fiat, Nike, and Visa.

The Olympics and Paralympics are large-scale sporting event productions that demand meticulous planning, cross-cultural collaboration, and the ability to adapt with clarity and calm when the unexpected unfolds live!

Recent Event Production Roles

Most recently, we supported press and media operations for the Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026.  Our event production work included managing daily media operations, including broadcasting rights and brand asset management, press tribune areas, media centers, mix zones, and press conferences across multiple venues.

We collaborated with an international staff to provide excellent operational support to NBC, along with other rights holders and media outlets such as Reuters, BBC, and the Associated Press.

These experiences have deepened our appreciation for the choreography behind event production and broadcasting major sporting events in today’s world. There’s a careful balance of planning and improvisation that makes world-class moments possible!
