NBC Olympics: Event Planning
Large-scale, multi-day event planning can be a logistical nightmare! That’s why you need an experienced team in place that can handle everything from working with your corporate partners and vendors to transporting and feeding your staff.
As part of the NBC Sports Olympic team, we developed and maintained a transportation system as well as catering operations for over 3,000 NBC staff, producers, directors, and on-air talent! We also provided VIP services for Bob Costas, Dick Ebersol, and the entire team that makes the magic happen. And, we held these roles during the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Utah, the Summer Olympics in 2004 in Greece, and finally the 2006 Games in Torino, Italy.
As we love to travel, moving operations to an event site for several weeks or months at a time is one of the perks! We enjoy getting to know the community, eating at the local spots, and ensuring all team members we are responsible for have everything they need for a successful event!
