Operational Leadership Across Multi-Venue Events
With a strong background in Olympics and Paralympics operations, we have managed international multi-venue event productions across four Olympics Games: 2002 Salt Lake City, 2004 Athens, 2006 Torino and the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics. This includes overseeing multi-venue logistics, transportation, hospitality and on-air broadcasting management.
Commercial Operations & Stakeholder Partnerships
When working with partners like NBC Sports, NHL, FIFA, and other large-scale international event productions, we are seasoned in coordinating programming, in-venue events, and VIP meet-and-greets for broadcast rights holders, corporate partners, and sponsors. We have experience developing marketing strategies and commercial partnership activations with corporate partners such as Coca-Cola, Jamba Juice, Fiat, Nike, and Visa.
Press and Media Operations
We have supported press and media operations for four Olympic & Paralympic Games, collaborating with international team members to ensure rights holders and global media outlets had seamless coverage from multiple venues. We’ve also provided operational support for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 at the Rose Bowl, assisting stakeholders, international photographers, videographers, and journalists to capture match play, mix zone interviews, and press conferences.
