I've had the privilege of working with Meredith and Tyler at Top Rope Media in a number of capacities, from running social media at a multi-day event I host to managing and building out the new Mike Nosco Foundation website. 10/10, I highly recommend. I continue to be impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, and that we have fun in the process.

I have had the privilege of knowing Meredith McConvill through cycling and when it was time to update our website, she, her husband Tyler and their company, Top Rope Media was a natural choice for us. Meredith, having participated in the Mike Nosco Memorial Bicycle Ride, over the years, knew what it would take to bring our site up to the next level. Meredith has been an essential part of the TASCO team since 2017. She took the reigns and developed our TASCO Tribe, which has since grown to almost 60 ambassadors! Besides managing our brand ambassador program, Meredith supports TASCO with content writing, email campaigns, and event activations.

As a small business in the Wellness field, our expertise is inpatient care and customer service, NOT informal marketing. When COVID-19 hit our business hard, we knew we needed help in marketing and getting the word out that we provide valuable services to improve mental and physical health that are essential ALL of the time and even MORE important during a pandemic that disproportionately impacts those with pre-existing conditions. Luckily, we found the team at TRM who has helped us develop a plan to effectively reach the greater population to improve appointment conversion rates from our marketing efforts. Their knowledge and expertise in marketing provide us with a consulting service to better improve our outreach to survive as a small business during these difficult times.

Top Rope Media has been indispensable in helping the San Diego Mountain Biking Association grow our member base, market our events, and design our Annual Reports. We rely on TRM as our marketing partner in so many ways. As SDMBA has grown we’ve been excited to expand that partnership, and find new ways to connect with our members with Top Rope’s help. Top Rope Media designed and built three websites and set up our digital marketing infrastructure for our horse parks, Desert Horse Park & The Arizona Winter Circuit. The team also built and managed our emails, and provided critical digital marketing support as we got up and running with our West Coast operations. Despite short deadlines, Top Rope delivered a world-class website and continues to provide key digital marketing support for our parks.
